Cathy Stein, Founder/President
My name is Cathryn Stein (Cathy) I have over 25 years of experience working as a paralegal for some of the top law firms and Fortune 500 companies from coast to coast. Working cooperatively with the vast resources and acquaintances I’ve developed over the years has proved that together, we can change and enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. With this belief, I created HCBS Provider. I am very active in the equestrian world. I was on the management board of our local Pennsylvania Special Olympics, where I was a certified Equestrian coach and Alpine coach. I currently participate in Special Olympics ice skating and skiing. My interests include camping, fishing, hiking, and even making living history as a Civil War Reenactor. I was a Merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts of America. With all of our contacts, resources, and fierce determination, we can network and make miracles happen. I truly believe in the human spirit. HCBS Provider Services was founded on these principles.
Crysta Dougherty, Chief Financial Officer
Before joining HCBS, I spent 17 years doing much the same for a wonderful individual and his two companies. Always striving to assist and serve our clients and staff to the best of my abilities. My interests include teaching riders and training horses. I have 22 horses currently under my care and enjoy coaching both high school and middle school riding teams. Skiing and watercolor painting are additional passions.
Greg Meyers, Chief Marketing Officer
Greg is an experienced internet marketing professional who has been active in the field since 1998. Initially focusing on web design and development, he transitioned to search engine marketing in 2006, working with a diverse range of clients, including venture capital-backed startups, Fortune 100 companies, and small businesses. In 2007 he co-founded CampaignGrid/Alliance Partners a Political Marketing Firm serving US Senatorial and Congressional candidates. In 2008, he founded AfterClicks Interactive, a boutique digital marketing agency that offers services such as pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media advertising.
